Users can plan and budget within Atom in real-time, as well as set budget models. Overall budget can be made up of multiple budget models. Budget can be set against people, work, equipment, assets, material, and more. Users can plan out budget against funding types and create alerts when they are too far over or under budget.
Alerts and Notifications
Alerts and notifications exist throughout Atom and can be set based on a multitude of factors. Users can control which groups within Atom receive alerts and notifications. Users can set alerts on a budget related to people, work, assets, equipment, material and more. Users can also look to leverage inventory vs. budget, allowing them to understand current inventory vs. budget left for work installation.
Integration and Implementation
Atom has APIs for all portals and custom data. The Atom Professional Services Team has integrated with complex financial, CRM, and ERP systems. This includes systems ranging from SAP to Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics and more. The Atom team will model out the integration into Atom and enable a seamless integration between Atom and your Enterprise Financial System.
