Managing Your Work
Atom creates transparency throughout the life cycle of the work by managing work, tasks, schedule, and cost assigned to individuals or teams. The Work Portal is a large creation platform. Users can create custom forms and save them as templates or even overall work types.
Work Type
When creating a work type, users can determine overall tasks required, budget associated with individual tasks, relevant fields within a task, notifications/alerts tied to a task, QA/QC workflows, dates based on completion, time left to completion, alerts if it is not completed, and more.
Mobile Workflow
Mobile data capturing is fully capable offline and online. Users can perform activities relative to a maintenance work order by identifying the work order type, the materials required, as well as easily communicate with their superior and/or other team members in terms of potential issues. Users are also notified if they leave an asset in real-time.
Management | Scheduling
Work can be viewed in daily, weekly, or monthly formats, as well as per asset, team, or individual in order to create scheduling efficiencies throughout the organization. Atom enables optimization using advanced auto assignment, and facilitates route management decisions for scheduling.
