Creating Your Team
Atom gives users the ability to sync to active directories or build teams from scratch and assign a work order, schedule, budget, and permissions. Teams can be given leads as well as control who is capable of building templates and more.
The mobile app notifies users of directions, when to leave an area based on schedule to a next work order, speed limits, turn-by-turn navigation, all existing portals being mobile compliant, real-time communication with one another, and much more. We also capture the accelerometer, device ID, and GPS location.
Administrators can create groups and tag them to certain assets, equipment, and more. Permissions can go as high-level as ‘view only’ of an asset or as granular as roles on alerts and field information. Atom also allows the ability to build credentials for users which is taken into account when distributing out work.
Atom allows admins to identify a multitude of GIS aspects as well: how long an individual has been at a location, how fast that individual was traveling in a specified ‘zone,’ or whether or not there is a potential security issue (e.g. determining if the device has been dropped).
